Cancellation Policy
Each paid membership is allocated a number of monthly classes you can attend based on the level of membership you have subscribed to. If you forget to cancel your appointment the system will assume you have attended and deduct it from your allowance. Due to this it is essential that you manage your own bookings and cancel if you do not attend. Please bear this in mind when booking your sessions with us. If for any reason you go over your allowance and wish to attend further sessions you will be charged the session rate when booking additional classes online.
